Our Story
The Family Behind Your Move
We’re Luke and Arlicia Jones — a REALTOR® and mortgage broker husband-and-wife team who made the move from South Florida to North Texas ourselves. Now we guide relocating families through every step.
Luke Jones
Texas REALTOR, Relocation Specialist
Luke works with families relocating to North Dallas every day. He knows the suburbs, the builders, and how to spot a good lot from a bad one.
Arlicia Jones
Licensed Texas Mortgage Broker, NMLS 1550570
Arlicia builds your real payment picture up front, taxes, MUD and PID fees, HOA, and insurance included, so there are no surprises at closing.
Our Own Move to North Texas
We moved our own family from South Florida to Prosper, Texas in 2022. We made mistakes along the way, the kind that cost time and money. We built this channel and this page so other families relocating here do not have to make the same ones.
